Happy birthdAy, Mun Mun~

17 October is her birthday.
A friend I know her since Form 1.
When school time，we always stick together: tuition, class, shopping and....
In class, we always chit chat non stop. Sometime，for the reason that we being scold by teacher.=P
That was memorable!
She is very good in academic. Therefore, she always guide and teach me carefully.
After high school, we still keep in touch with each other.
A lovely friend and I love her so much。
Every year, we must taking the time to celebrate birthday together. This is the tenth.
I wish this will more coming~

As usual, whenever her birthday me n the other friend will very worry. This is because she have everything. Therefore,this year we decided to bake her a cake, Hokkaido Chiffon Cupcakes.

We join hands with his bf and went her house to give her a surprises on 12.00 a.m.

Hokkaido Chiffon Cupcakes 北海道戚风蛋糕

北海道戚风蛋糕 

♥ 为了庆祝朋友的生日，这一次第二次尝试自己做蛋糕～跟朋友选择了北海道戚风蛋糕 ，觉得应该比较容易点。但是好像没有想象的简单，哈哈！

从买材料到完成品用了我们大半天时间。做到最后我跟朋友都有点崩溃了。。

成品很满意♥蛋糕体非常柔软，组织细密，加上奶油馅，太赞了，推荐。像我不爱吃奶油的不加也不错吃。

重点是寿星非常喜欢，还认为是从店铺买的。妈妈也很爱！大满足！！

分享给大家制作北海道戚风蛋糕食谱 （分量可以大约做十杯）

～材料～

蛋白组1：蛋白4个，白砂糖50克，柠檬汁几滴

蛋黄组2：蛋黄4个，白砂糖30克，低筋面粉80克，牛奶40克，植物油35克。

奶油馅3：鲜奶油120克，蛋黄1个，鸡蛋1个，白砂糖228克，低筋面粉10克，玉米淀粉7克，黄油7克，牛奶175克。

～做法～

蛋糕：

蛋白组1： 蛋白放入无水无油干净盆里加白醋用搅拌器高速打几分钟（图A），然后加入白砂糖及柠檬汁再打2分钟（图B）至蛋白可以挂在搅拌器上（图B）备用。

蛋黄组2：将蛋黄，油和牛奶放入一盆里（图C），用同一搅拌器中速打匀，然后放入白砂糖（图D）打匀。低筋面粉搅拌均匀过筛（图E），放入蛋黄牛奶里（图F），中速打1-2分钟均匀无颗粒。

将先前打发的蛋白1/3放入蛋黄糊里（图G）。然后将蛋黄糊到入剩余的打发的蛋白里(图H)，用橡皮刀从一边兜底（图I），翻拌上来（图J），这步很重要，不要乱搅造成蛋白消泡，重复这个动做至蛋白蛋黄糊拌均匀。

蛋糕糊分装到纸杯蛋糕的纸杯里（图K），将烤盘放入预热至340F/170oC的烤箱内，烤15分钟至便面金黄即可（图L）。

奶油馅：

鲜奶油放入一干净盆里用搅拌器高速打发，冷藏备用。
牛奶放一小锅里中火加热。
接下来把蛋黄和鸡蛋放1盆里，打散后加白砂糖搅拌均匀。
放入低筋面粉和玉米淀粉再拌匀无颗粒。

将煮热的牛奶倒入蛋面糊里拌匀。
倒回锅里中小火边加热边搅拌至浓稠，离火加黄油拌匀。
用同一搅拌器高速打几分钟至均匀无块粒冷凉。
然后拌入打发新鲜奶油。

将拌好的奶油馅打入蛋糕内层里
